Vgasave Non-plug And Play Driver For Mac

I have a Dell desktop with a flat screen monitor that I recently had to fdisk, format and re-install Windows XP SP2. This all went smoothly, but the software is not recognizing my Dell monitor, though it is fully plug and play. I have gone into Display Properties, clicked on Settings and dried to change the Screen resolution and the Color Quality. Screen resolution is set at 640 by 480 and gives me no other options. Color quality is set at Medium (16 bit) with no other options. I have gone into Advanced, and under the General tab the DPI setting is set at Normal size (96 DPI).this is grayed out and no other options available.

Under the Adapter tab Adapter Information says on all information. Under the Properties button on the Adapter Type on the General tab it says VgaSave. Device type: Non-Plug and Play Drivers.

Taylormade rbz womens drivers for mac. Manufacturer: Unknown. Location: Unknown. Device usage: Use this device (enable).

Under the Driver tab it says VgaSave. Service name: VgaSave Display name: VGA Display Controller. Startup Type: System. Under the Monitor tab it says Monitor type Default Monitor. The Properties tab is grayed out. Screen refresh rate: Use hardware default setting. There are no other options available.

Under the Troublehoot tab, the Hardware acceleration is set to full. I have gone into System Properties under the Hardware tab and selected Device Manager, but the monitor is not listed in the devices, otherwise I'd delete it and let Windows pick it up on reboot.

I have downloaded SP3, hoping that would fix the problem, but it does not. I have also downloaded the proper driver for the monitor from Dell, but without recognizing any monitor other than the default, I have no place to install the driver to! I've tried to add the monitor as new hardware with no success. Any help would be appreciated!!
